My partner went up the grange to get treatment for her severely painful arm ( after waiting on the phone for 2 hours by the nhs who told her to go up there ) , and when she was seen by a triage nurse was then told to go and wait in her car and wait for a doctor to phone her to maybe go to another hospital.This was 11 o ‘ clock at night mind. She just got in her car and came home.Disgraceful. Totally unacceptable. It’s a hospital for Christ sake.She is still waiting for the phone call.To be honest , she said unless you are at deaths door don’t go there. Bring back the Royal Gwent. At least you would get treatment there no matter how long you had to wait. Sorry!! But speak as I find.Won’t be going back up there in a hurry.Shocking!!
