I was initially lied too about how far I was and offered an induction which failed after 24 hours. Nurse said due to a pre existing condition she would not be comfortable with continuing the induction (which is fine had a c section)
However the recovery ward is disgusting not the day staff but the night. Completely ruined my chances to breastfeed as wouldn't help my daughter latch and had disgusting attitude. Honestly put me off ever going there again and still having issues after my op.
