My mum was admitted to this dump at the start of the year with sepsis and it was an utter shambles from start to finish. Staff rude, and not caring like they should be.
Mum was admitted again yesterday with a broken hip, she waited for an ambulance for 17 hours to end up going to the grange again, and staff at A+E were uncaring and rude, did not keep you updated on anything. She had to lie in a stretcher for hours on end in severe pain and discomfort. Utter shambles of a hospital, never experienced such a bad hospital in all my life, if wasn't so serious it would be laughable at how bad they really are.
