Christmas day 2020 I drove myself to the Grange hospital with severe /
Unbearable stomach and bowel pain my blood sugar was2.2 I'm not diabetic and was put on a iv line to correct this
After some hours I was examined by the Dr who quickly discharged my and advised to use an antacid.
I pleaded that this was not indigestion but that was end of consultation
I the pain continued and saw my doctor on reopening of Xmas break
She had my scans done on the 2 week referral
Results:EXTENSIVE DIVERTICULAR DISEASE THROUGHT THE ENTIRE COLON ,HIATUS HERNIA INGUAL HERNIA AND MULTIPAL GALLSTONES
THE GRANGE SENT ME HOME TO TAKE ANTACID
I
I had always kept myself fit non smoker or drinker
And bmi of 23
This condition could have been life threatening
But the Grange I feel were grossly negligent in my
Care
I sincerely hope that no-one ever finds themselves in this position
