On three occasions I have been to this hospital and it is not fit for purpose the last visit was yesterday my son had abcess on his back we had spent most of the day in sau to be sent home tea time to go bk following morning for general anaesthetic to drain on arriving bk home his abcess burst could not get hold of anyone on phone at grange rang 111 to be told to go bk to ane we was sat there for three hours not even seen by triage I literally begged for someone to at least please clean his back and put a dressing on fearing it could become infected to be told by reception sorry I can't get anyone to do that we are busy and there is still other people before my son could be half hour could be another three hours his clothing was saturated in his own blood and poison for hours they also go on you must wear mask and adhere to covid rules the waiting area was jam packed with everyone like sardines sat next to each other as they had no choice absolutely appauling this is not acceptable there is no compassion for any of the patients you really need closing down biggest waste of money ever spent
