I recently underwent knee replacement surgery as a private patient. The private patients team were excellent and easy to deal with. Communication was always quick and concise. My post surgery care was really impressive as it’s a long while since I spent time in hospital and I was very impressed as to how things have moved on for the better. My surgeon, Mr Thankrar, was first class and the whole team was very professional and I always felt my care was geared to ensure my peace of mind.
