Some staff and patient are not good specially the night shift staff. 70% off staff and patients are all good. Ben is good, love him.

I'm on Galleywood Ward. We've been waiting on a delivery of Ibuprofen Gel for 2 weeks.. I've been waiting for an ice pack for 3 days....there's no light in our kitchen it's broken so patients have to make hot drinks in the dark. Unacceptable....
