I think you all do a fantastic job at accommodating our needs within the perimeters of policy/staffing. I felt like staff really cared for baby and I.

The food wasnt the healthiest. Some night staff didnt know how to help with baby stuff e.g making a bottle, basic care of baby

It’s very hard to communicate with staff when you want to be treated with medication and very hard to communicate with staff when you want to talk about your stay and treatment

Experienced great care and the staff are very kind and compassionate. Kitchen staff are very professional and they act in a professional manner when serving and catering to patients. I would highly recommend if any patient or service user/ psych patient needs care. In addition, there is a great admin team.

Possibility of more activity groups to help periods of inactivity or to help regulate feelings of boredom.
