The surgery part was fine when I was on the ward on both occasions the level of care was abysmal. Nurses didn’t know what procedure I had undergone. Wrong medication given . Pain relief not adhered to. Level of care was that bad I was going to discharge myself as my mental health was being affected. I was left to make & change my own bed . I was left to shower myself . On reflection an absolutely hideous experience with no redeeming features.
