The staff are clearly stretched, demand is high. I have had problems with the referral triage service who do not understand the needs of patients with long term conditions.
Cleanliness in public areas could be better. We are so lucky to have a centre of excellence in our doorstep in Leeds. I prefer LGI and Wharfedale
