both L07&Ward 24 TEAM WORK,LISTEN,RESPECT,TALK,COMMON SENSE,PATIENCE,NEED,SAME HYMN SHEET&TRUST Come to Mind Being a retired nurse[41yrs] It was difficult to accept being on the receiving end.I think one of the key points being (HAVING YOUR INDEPENDECE TAKEN AWAY} comes to mind I was trained to accept 98% was top marks the explanation being without the 2% buffer you could get complacent ieGODS GIFT & you had nothing else to learn " i wish" To both wards IMPROVEMENT! Im not sure how you improve on near PERFECTION !!!! YES I DO I AM STILL HERE TO FILL THIS FORM IN Great team work Everyone one needs paying for a job they do but without the extra unpaid care many more people would die .Under no illusions ive got the close call down to hours. But id like to know who the barber was? ive never had a parting on the right before Ha Ha perhaps a notice board for visitors displaying comments like this may take the heat off staff ie nurse said eg theyed get me a drink but that was an hr ago unaware said nurse had prioratised eg saved someones life as long as staff never promise something they cant deliver ,YOU CANT BETTER PERFECTION!!!!!!!! The care my mother received was outstanding! They treated her with kindness and dignity at all times.
Every member of staff who we met from the Paramedics, nurses, Dr's, radiologist, Clinical support workers, reception staff, domestic staff were the kindest and caring people I have met in a long time.
They are all a credit to our NHS!
Thank you for all the kindness and care you all gave
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. All good.
I attended the MRI Unit for my appointment on Sunday 3rd June and I would just like to thank all the staff on duty. They were professional, friendly, informative and showed care and compassion throughout my treatment, enabling me to complete the MRI when I bacame anxious.I cannot praise them enough.
I was an in patient at Ward L28. I dont have the words to describe how thankful I am to the staff on that ward. They are warm, caring, compassionate, friendly and at all times on your side when you need them. It was a fabulous experience and I am eternally grateful.
I have no complaints , well perhaps the computer system which doesn't run efficiently, needs updating, especially for consultants to retrieve notes/scans .
The children’s neurosurgery ward and all of its associated staff are a credit to the hospital. Both nurses and consultants treated us impeccably with regular updates and displaying genuine care.
I have no comment
Nothing to be improved. I was quite happy with the care I received like I said best place I have stayed in for my aftercare. All my love.
