Staff were extremely welcoming, caring and helpful and I was observed a potentially aggressive situation being handled exceptionally sensitivity and smoothly by Jenny. We were very impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by staff at all times and delighted that staff went above and beyond their level of duty especially Sue.
