We have been three times and the service is amazing, great teamwork and step by step instructions of what happens next.
The lady who was in charge always checks that everything is running smoothly which helps reassure the patient and parent.
Really happy with the service.

The staff - so caring, reassuring, friendly and a a credit to their profession in every respect. (I have to mention specifically Sarah Kelly, Jelina Jurina and Helen the receptionist!!)

Absolutely freezing but staff were outstanding!
Very friendly and made us relaxed.
Although I understand the waiting procedure would be nice to know what time I was actually going in.
