My first treatment session was quite lengthy due to the nature of the work involved. However, the dentist and dental nurse(?) made every effort to make the process as comfortable as possible. I had an infection over the Xmas holiday period and called the hospital on the first working day after the break at 8.55 am. I was able to get straight through and explained my condition. I was called back within five minutes and was asked to come to the hospital before 11 and told I would be seen. A different dentist solved the problem and was again exemplary in the care provided. He said he would email his colleague who was on holiday to update him and ask him to bring forward my next appointment which he duly did. The original dentist, James Chesterman, treated me on January 18, my last appointment, and once again I have nothing but praise for both him and his "assistant". I also had an Xray carried out by a student, Jasmine, supervised by Elaine and again the level of care was admirable. Given the cynical age we live in I would like to confirm that I have no connection with any member of staff or the Institute.
