Beth was extremely helpful and took the time to find the right exercises to help my situation.
She explained any details I asked about and was very informative. I have a better understanding of the muscles and nerves and know the practice I must keep at home.
Exercises, acupuncture and Kinesio tape have all helped. I feel I have been treated with informative and constructive help. Thank you.
