I have received 2 letters from you this week. One in a package containing shoe inserts following Podiatry treatment and the second for a referral to a dermatologist for my son. Both letters start " We have tried to contact this patient but have had no response from them"
I find this offensive, as it is an obvious lie.
I have attended podiatry appointments in order to be fitted for insoles - how else could you be sending them to me?
My son has only just been referred - you & my GP have my home and mobile contact numbers, I have no missed calls or voicemails. It is quite apparent and indeed there is evidence that you have made on effort to contact me other than via this inaccurate letter.
Please change your wording to prevent further offence being made
