We are quite happy about the service and the treatment we reeice from K/H.
Sometimes we had to wait longer than usual.
Overall it was OK.

I was told about my kidney function being low based on blood test I had when I saw consultant - I did not know about this until now. This means I am delayed with another blood test before seeing if infusion can be done. It would have been better to have blood test before this appt.

The day unit is run well, lately it is not to crowded and has enough staff.
A few months ago that was different.
