The hospital staff are all very helpful and kept me informed throughout my visit. The only downside I can think of is the fact it is always crowded with long queues waiting to be seen and also they are still using a rather outdated system of calling out people's names when it is their turn rather than a numbering/ticketing system or electronic system such as that used when getting blood tests etc.
