I was highly impressed with the treatment I received, the lady I saw both before and after the minor operation was very clear about procedure, most helpful and with whom it was easy to discuss the procedures. The team for the operation was professional but also friendly and again easy to talk to. Overall I felt confidence in the whole procedure which I consider most important.
