Notification of my appointment really could be better:
Unclear - it didn't describe who the appointment was with - or which department
Very last minute - after 2 years it was one week prior
A test Only - which was sent to a very old mobile phone number
No letter of confirmation was received
At the time i was awaiting the results of some blood tests, so to suddenly hear i needed to report to Hospital was quite alarming.
