Only problem is with Hospital Phamacy. They never call your number! I was informed to wait about 15 min and guess what it took 45 min! Then what, I got parking penalty for 20 min late. Unacceptable! First, the machine did not give out change and phamacy took forever. I couldn't leave the phamacy to extend my ticket because they would call me. so I wait minute by minute. It was all my fault wasn't it!!
