Clean , friendly waiting rooms
it is generally a pleasant hospital, good staff, apart from the parking is too exepensive.
All staff were very caring and respectful. They always ensured that we were involved in any decision about our care that needed to be made. Staff were all always approachable and responsive to any concerns.
Clean in main hospital and good quality of care in outpatient. Not such great experience with A&E. Need to improve cleanliness and time spent waiting to see doctors. Doctors and nurses in A&E dept seem overly stressed, tired and not able to give good patient care as they are massively overstretched. This needs to be addressed urgently.
It was a very enjoyable, pain free visit.

As well as the above, I have had various dealings with Kingston Hospital and found top class service on each occasion. A real boon has been the Welcomers at the hospital who do an excellent job. It is a big place, and daunting if you are looking for one little room out of a thousand. The Welcomers are there ready with a smile and plenty of inside knowledge. Staff are equally friendly and efficient.
Staff on reception desk could improve their patients skills.
Nurses to be more attentive to patients, waiting room over crowded with people due to Drs not keeping to appointment's time.
Very difficult to get to speak to the relevant dept. on the phone, staff not helping much.
Better Sign to direct the visitors in the hospital, more visually clear.
