I was admitted as a day patient for oral/maxilla-facial surgery at the Northwest Independent Hospital and the care received was over and above what I had expected. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At each juncture they took time to explain the next step, so at no stage did I feel overwhelmed with information.
Everyone, from reception staff, nurses, operating theatre manager to surgeon were kind and friendly but professional in their duties and ensured I felt at ease and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.
