I saw a Mr Gella on 21st May 2023 .I needed injections in my arthritic hands and can honestly say you could not meet a nicer man .the nurse with him was lovely and spoke to me constantly put me at ease as injection were painful .this hospital is spotlessly clean and well kept .every person I met were first class with a lovely receptionist and lovely waiting area with a beautiful fish tank to look at .I was sent cross boarder from letterkenny for my treatment and was well cared for .The lady who did my Xray was great even give good advice about my planta in my feet .Dont hesitate to attend this hospital you cannot fault this place .Thankyou from Mrs M Sinton .

I had my surgery on Tuesday 7th March, from consultation, through pre-op to reception and on to surgery and after care, this is a great facility, care was great, meals and menus are top notch. Consultant was very professional, theatre staff were very professional and caring, nursing and care staff were very attentive, restaurant staff were more that helpful, a very positive experience.

Poor service since changing from North west to kings bridge. They have a one size fits all approach, don’t want to listen to what you need. Prices have become ridiculous and not reflective of what is needed. Left sitting for 50mins. Won’t be using again or recommending to anyone

I was admitted as a day patient for oral/maxilla-facial surgery at the Northwest Independent Hospital and the care received was over and above what I had expected. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At each juncture they took time to explain the next step, so at no stage did I feel overwhelmed with information. Everyone, from reception staff, nurses, operating theatre manager to surgeon were kind and friendly but professional in their duties and ensured I felt at ease and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.
