Fouzia and the team were once again incredible in their care of Ivy. Joey, Haydee and Fouzia made sure nothing was too much and helped return our little girl to health! Thank you!

Excellent level of care and attention from Japonica. Treated with respect and dignity and they know their role and do it really exceptionally well. What a fantastic team that work really well together.

Better knowledge/ understanding of surgical post - OP would have not triggered on call out of hours Junior Doctor who also had little/poor knowledge increase patient anxiety when rest would have been give.
