I was attached to a drainage tube after having my boob off & the nurse went to put it at the bottom of the bed. Pulling me & hurting me. If it wasn’t for my daughters I would have waited a very long time to be seen. I had sepsis had to have interveinus antibiotics I was pulled about while not having any pain relief they was not aware of a window time with sepsis plus they couldn’t even spell it.

Dear whomever it may concern, I rung 111 around 8:30am on 1/12/23 with heart pain, tremoring, pins and needles/numb limbs, dehydration, wretching and I had woke up sobbing with no external trigger just woke up very unwell. The ambulance and medical team suspected panic attack, fair enough, I was also looking to avoid the trip to the hospital however I have been dehydrated since and upon reading haven't been able to find anything saying a panic attack should cause these severe of symptoms, not even the sudden drop in low blood pressure apparently can't be brought on by a panic attack and although I appreciate panic attacks don't always need a trigger I genuinely couldn't breathe passed my heart through my nose when the waves would come on. Upon arriving at the hospital I believe my blood pressure dropped as the nurse panicked and they thoroughly checked me heart. My left hand then went into complete spasm and locked up infront of the blood pressure nurse also the female Doctor witnessed bier spots on my palms too. I also threw up a whole bowl of water and foam, I would like to know if that was all logged please. I was also spasming in my shoulders and jaw when the ambulance team arrived. I'm still so sore. I'm basically complaining that there seems to be an unfair and almost strange fixation on my BPD/EUPD diagnosis when I was most definitely having a serious physical reaction. The Doctor also said I have bi-polar which I most definitely don't. She was also standing over me questioning my mental health not long after arriving when I'm so physically unwell and also suffer with PTSD. As stated before these symptoms shouldn't have been so severe for a panic attack. Also panic attacks last 20 minutes to an hour and I was laid down for 4 to 5 hours before getting up in the hospital. My GP has recieved my discharge letter and my dehydration, throwing up, left hand spasm and drop in blood pressure, bier spots hasn't been logged. I genuinely believe I had a heart attack, they checked all my heart so am happy with that, whenever I have had a visit due to mental health I have been very honest about that and the circumstances around it. I genuinely was in physical trouble. I had unknowingly taken 4 diuretics the day before, a cup of tea, 10ml of apple cider vinegar in water, 5ml of a honey ferment I suspect maybe a tiny bit of alcohol and 3 capsules of a pansy flower supplement I had just introduced on the 30th. I must have dehydrated in my sleep and woke up in whatever condition. No one listened to this though. I have now worked out I must be and for a while been extremely sensitive to diuretics. From what I've read the way diuretics can mess you up is not necessarily having to low of electrolytes but the misplacement of them.  Despite being dehydrated I was only given 1 bag of fluid, my urine wasn't tested and wasn't provided a jug of water for my whole visit, luckily had half of a big bottle that I had brought with me. I am still dehydrated now and have images to prove it, my lips are so dry and wrinkly despite drinking plenty of fluid and as tested, enough minerals/electrolytes. I would send the images with this email however it will get stuck in my outbox and not send. I don't know what to say really, I still feel very unwell with numbness, pins and needles in my limbs especially hands, drowsy and dehydrated. Not really sure why medical staff are told to press with mental health when she didn't even pay attention to my actual diagnosis' either. Very strange. I am unsure how to proceed especially in terms of still feeling so unwell, like I've not recovered. Seems like the canula fluids were effective but drinking isn't. I'm very concerned for my nervous system to be honest. Alot of staff tend to speed down corridors too when I have inflammation in my joints aswell as obviously a serious dehydration, nerve and heart reaction. Nurses were lovely. Was nice that the doctor listened to me and didn't force anti sickness on me. Got a bed straight away. I was fed.

Actually documented my symptoms fully. Actually tell me what was wrong. Doctor gave me beta blockers that blur your vision apparently she knew this and would have been nice to have a prior warning. Don't speed down corridors when someone can't even stand and walk straight. Don't stand over someone questioning their mental health when they have ptsd and no energy from probably a heart attack to even explain or defend myself. Have been having panic attacks since 14 years old have no reason to call an ambulance for one of those. Please stop pinning serious health on mental health when you don't even know the diagnosis', notes and circumstances around it. Please provide water and test urine especially when someone is dehyrdated. Would be really nice if you could offer a decaff option on the tea and coffee trolley.
