This is his first experience in hospital and he has no farmer to go on. His condition for him to painful and frustrating and long, and he feels upset and home sick.
Suggested improvements
Your UTC, staff need to work on their communication skills. They were not actively listening and kept interrupting me. It was rude and uncaring.
