I am so grateful for the wonderful nurses who looked after me - they were patient, compassionate and caring.
Not many people could take on their job! They always asks how you are and many times give you a lovely smile to cheer you up. The catering and the cleaning staff are also very caring and cheerful. God bless them all.
The bay is too stuffing without the windows and doors fully opened.
The fact that they have locked the fire door prevent air circulation. Suffocating for the patient.

There is a sense of team work between the care professionals.
One got a sense of being treated as an individual, and in a caring and professional way, and this carried on through persons where the team, especially nursing team were under a great strain due to the level of acuity and dependency on the ward.
