Being deaf in one ear, I had to remove my hearing aid for re CT scan so felt vulnerable. But the staff reassured me with understanding this and told me not to worry. I felt at ease after this.
I was seen on time and all was clean and tidy room.
Good if staff could let us know how long procedure would take at start of process or on arrival.
