Everything was explained and was seen within reasonable time.
This hospital needs more air con on at least some fans. Treatment rooms very stuffy and uncomfortable.

Receptionist staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The doctor I saw did not introduce himself and could not answer my questions.
He gave very limited information and I do not want to see him again.
He had very poor communication skills.
His name was Juja.

Nothing was good about my care!
Always attend earlier than appointment time but have never been seen on time - why do patients who have taken time off for an appointment never seen on time? Why is there always an hour or more waiting time!?
Never enough seats to sit down so left standing for hours waiting to be seen.
Absolutely disgusting service!

Our dad was a patient in Holly ward, since Thursday 04 July, when he and I (his son), came up very late, during the night shift.
We would like to say, with both the night and day shift, staff, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable, considering his terminal medical condition.
He was always treated with respect, kindness and dignity, to the end of his journey. He loved to have a cheeky chat and giggle with the staff too. So, thank you to "all" the staff for caring for our dad.
