The endoscopy unit is very well run, by compassionate, caring staff. Everything was clearly explained. Everyone was very kind and understanding. Everyone helped so much, making an unpleasant procedure much more bearable. Thank you all so much.

One thing I did not feel was necessary was being taken to two other wards, who were not expecting me, before having in procedure back in the endoscopy suite!

Nothing could be improved as all staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
