I arrived for my appointment early. Saw a doctor who had no idea why we were given an appointment. The doctor at urology clinic said we were not booked in. He said we should have monthly appointments, we have not had an appointment since May. I am still suffering pain and had hoped that this appointment would have helped.
Nothing has happened, we have travels all the way from Harlow because our daughter in home from Canada for a few days. We feel let down and I am upset that I have not had any treatment today.
I would be grateful from a speedy treatment.

Friendly staff - Perhaps keeping to appointment times could be better stop giving more than one person the same time slot.
