Jacqueline was feel at ease from the moment I walked in such a lovely nurse, made me feel like my mum was at the hospital looking after me. The doctor who performed the camera test was also great and very professional and kind.
Suggested improvements
Only that my appointment was booked for 1:30 and we did not start until 2:30 pm.

Overall very good care- however a long wait for a bad, and had to wait on chairs for over 2 hours.
Suggested improvements
Timely discharges would be better for bed management.

The care was ok all staff are helpful.
