Dr did not have any results ie colonoscopy report and stool sample from months ago - asked me if I’d have colonoscopy privately?! Just sat scrolling for ages did not engage with me at all - said he would rebook a follow up appointment for me - we achieved nothing sadly!

Looked at me asked me questions relating to my symptoms - offered medication or options?

The nursing staff snd doctors in rheumatology are always friendly and helpful

It was only a CT Colon test kit for me to collect, and I had rather a long wait, but I guess these things take time.

Had a terrible experience at king George Hospital. I was sent after talking to 111 as an emergency 12am sent home 5pm next day telling me I had an inflamed bowl no advise how to take care only to find out two days later I had a contagious infection and a ulcer and other problems still under investigation from anouther hospital thank god,absolutely disgusting treatment.

I have received excellent welcome and care during my appointment and treated with the utmost respect and dignity, everything was explained excellently and I was not rushed. I received expert care during my MRI appointment with reassurance and was safe, my questions were answered thoroughly and everything was done to ensure that I was looked after and had a positive experience. The staff were happy and helpful and encouraging and alleviated my nervousness. Thank you to the staff and team in MRI Department at KGH.
