I went to an and e with a needle prick. The hospital wasnt just. I got referred to urgent care where the lady on the desk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was then told after an hour I have to go an and e. I was seen by 3 nurses before having bloods taken then after seen by another 2 nurses. 4 hours later I was told I do not need any treatment and to go home. I feel lack of communication and wasted visits to nurses wasted both my time and the nurses.
What time to come in one apartment by a nurse as I needed a very strong painkiller was made to wait. Four hours before they acknowledged. I was even there, then told to go outside when I was told to stay inside, took nearly 12 hours to be seen by someone then was told That I had to go home at 6 o’clock and come back at 8:30 to have a scan have no sleep. This was not possible so had to change the time to a suitable time for both of us. Had the scan done then was told I had to wait 12 hours in the hospital again to get the results, not one communicated with me with anything when asking the doctors what’s going on. They said they’re not dealing with it. You’re seeing someone else. There was no communication at all with anything knowing that I suffer from angina diabetes and I’m disabled with suspected kidney stones , I was made to wait in absolute agony for six hours This is the worst hospital. I have ever been to in my entire life and I will be writing a review on triple visor about this and be sending a bad review into your head office about this as I was treated so terribly up there
I went to hospital on the Wednesday due to collapsing at work with severe pain in the abdomen area. I was there all day to be told it’s not acute and that all they gave me was Gaviscon and paracetamol which I could’ve done at home instead of spending 13 hours in A&E, they told me because my condition wasn’t acute to go back to my GP and asked them to refer me for an ultrasound. I also had an ECG which was an abnormal. I went to my GP the next day and explained the situation they were shocked that they sent me home with my easy G look the way it did And they don’t understand why they could not have done the ultrasound there and then however my GP sent me for one but it would take up to 4 weeks. I left it a few days to see if the symptoms would subside as they gave me some tablets as well, and they said it would take about 48 hours to work on Monday I was still in pain so I went back to my GP who told me that there is not much they can do there. If they were a relative they would advise to go back to the hospital. This is what I did where I sat for another 13 hours, but this time after about 10 hours I was put on a drip and given morphine and other medication to help with the pain. They also told me that I needed to come back the next day for an ultrasound as they couldn’t do it this late at night due to it being shut. They told me to get my ultrasound done and the results would be back at your GP. They also said that I would get a phone call in the morning to tell me when my appointment would be for that day. I got a phone call about 9 am which was good. However they said can you be there by 9:40 for your appointment so I got there as quick as I could while still being in pain had scan to be told that I needed to go to A&E for my results. This was really confusing as the night before they told me to go home and the GP would have my results so of course you think that there is something wrong , I sat there from 10:15 am until 530-ish. Maybe a bit later just for my results to say that they couldn’t find anything and you need to go back to GP because they believe it’s an ulcer or some sort of gastritis but a camera is needed. I felt like a ping-pong ball which I am not to date. I am still in pain nearly finished my tablets and the painkillers and still waiting for appointment for the camera test. This is not satisfying at all and these are the reasons that I gave the above results .
Some members of staff treated me well, but on arrival waiting to check in we saw a lady with a young child come in (he looked to be having a seizure) and the staff and security were very unkind to her and told her not to talk and be quiet. Her son then fell unconscious.
I got treated very well in the hospital, felt the nurses was very helpful
Pleased with the service and that it is happening in a timely fashion.

The nurses were lovely especially Kay Yonis
Thank Nhs
Nurses were not trained sufficiently. Foreign staff not familiar with our system.
Doctors, in five days I had five different doctors to deal with. My results were not passed on from one to another.
My permanent catheter was installed by young doctors with insufficient experience.
Was treated with total respect
Nursing team were excellent, very attentive. Didn’t really see doctor other than surgeon coming to tell me procedure went as planned and I could go home.
