I could find no fault with nursing staff.

All face to face contact was good however I received original letter re appointment then 3 days later another saying it was a telephone appointment. Then I get a call enquiring if I was attending appointment caller knew nothing about 2nd letter. Had to phone up to check myself after the weekend. Total confusion on admin side.

The staff in dermatology are always very polite and treat you as a person one to one nothing is too much trouble

Mr Wong who did the operation was great, friendly, and very helpful. He communicated and explained in details what the surgery involved. All the doctors, nursing staff and physios were friendly and helpful. Really happy with the care I received.

This is second time I had to attend A&E at King George Hospital. At the evening there is no enough doctor available for patients at Major area. Both time I had to wait 13/14+ to see a doctor for the first time. This is insane and shameful. Nurses and healthcare assistants are very rude, don’t talk with good manners. Always irritates faces.

It will be great if you can closely monitor healthcare assistants and nurses behaviour with patients. Focus on patient waiting time at evening time. Specially when patient’s get referred by 999. Increase number of doctors.

I politely tried to ask what my situation was, because I was in great pain, but one of the ladies at the reception didn't even let me speak. , She started yelling at me, ordering me to go back to the waiting room, waiting for my turn! After 3 hours she was just as rude and unprofessional. In the context where I had already been there for 8 hours.
