From the moment I came in, I was treated with a smile. Everyone who was present with my care and treatment were so nice and kind and very informative. In all, I was very impressed with the care care I received today. Thank you.

Eas not told that the pre-assessment was not at King Georges, so had a 15 min walk to get there!
(My driver had already left).

All the staff were very nice and kind and very professional.

Staff were very polite and courteous from when I arrived until I was discharged.
The staff were very body but managed to put me at ease for my procedure.
Suggested improvements
Staff wise no complaint they could probably do with more beds and ward space.
