Nurses and staff were amazing! So kind, caring and knowledgeable. In particular: Ogo, Mercy, Sherril, Osmos (doctor that did my final bloods).
Suggested improvements
The doctors on this ward need to communicate much better. I was left in the dark for a whole day, it brought me to tears because they came in and hardly explain anything to me and also gave inaccurate information about my condition. I also was put in unnecessary pain - a blood sample was taken from my artery then I was told that doctor forgot to put my hospital label on the bottle, so had to get another sample taken.

All the staff did their best on a very busy ward. Thank you for allowing family members/carers to stay we want to help and know the patient best.
Suggested improvements
Better internet connections.
Support for carers, for overnight stays - more comfy reclining chairs (appreciate limited space).
