Because I have been left in the bed in the corridor without being told what's going to happen next. I have had blood test but not been seen by a doctor. I am 86 years old.

Explain how long it wil be before I am seen by a doctor.

On the arrival I was taken a checked very quick and seriously with my chest pain.

During my stay I was very well cared for. The doctors communicated with me and asked as many questions as possible to clarify the situation nurse Anina was very consultations and did make me feel safe.
Suggested improvements
On this occasion I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. I feel very satisfied with the quality of service. Thanks.

Helpful doctors and staff, kind and considerate when I fainted after my blood test. Doctor explained very clearly, diagnose and follow up action.

Time in hospital - start to end was 12 hours +.
