CYPAU team were very friendly and good to us. CYPAU team were accommodating and always asked if we needed anything. Happy with short stay at CYPAU department.
Suggested improvements
When we arrived at EC/ urgent care, not sure if having junior staff working on obtaining bloods is suited. Repeated blood samples had to be taken due to lack of experience from staff, causing distressed new born was as soon as experienced staff worked on it, baby was OK.
