Initial checking with 111 nurse. He was rude and ignorent in A&E check went to reception receptionist very knid and understand. Grateful to her for her understands from 2am approx now 10 am still here.

Nurses and doctor does there best but the system needs to operate with more staff due to their work load.

There could be a shorter waiting to me as I have been here for 14 1/2 hours.
