Very efficient - from ambulance staff to nurses, cleaners, nursing assistants, porters and doctors. Mum was triaged quickly and received treatment very promptly - including tests. Excellent communication and kindness round.
Suggested improvements
Nothing - superb service (and has been every time we have called on the NHS in the last 10 years). Even more incredible considering the pressure staff are under.

I need to charge my phone. There is no plug point. There is a zoo's power terminal, the point does not support card payment!

I been here since 4 am and was seen to at 1:30 pm for 5 minutes seen again at 3:15 pm for 2 minutes and now being discharged.
Suggested improvements
More helpful, friendly paramedics/doctor/receptionists who are not eating and laughing whilst - there is so many patients.
