The staff were generally very pleased and helpful.
Suggested improvements
My mother was taken for a CT scan and it was not done as the doctors roles were not read correctly. We had to wait another 2 hours to have a CT scan.

Service was good but the time line waiting time to long and we need someone to update us with next step etc.

Defiantly waiting time need to be shorter we need palm to be updated about the next step, he differently need more doctors so the patients can be seen and discharge with (10 hours) he have been here 18 hours now still waiting.

Waved around for ages. Over 12 hours was told I had get toast for breakfast but I didn’t feel like patients aren’t prioritized. Were all tired and in pain being told to wait for endless hours.
Suggested improvements
Treat patients with more care and sympathy many of us feel neglected/ignored.

There were elderly patients (non mobile) in everything A&E- they should be offered a drink-in fact I did.

Because yesterday I came with my mum nurse/ doctor look after her really great very kind staff very one is helpful thank you.
