A+E kept my mother waiting for 17 hours in a wheelchair who has a fractured vertebrae. She was in recruiting pain and was left to suffer. Majors - very friendly and professional staff.

* Improve wait times. * Prioritise patients appropriately. * Invest in doctors and nurses and care staff. * Start investing tax project making into the NHS rather than giving it away to the rich.

The staff were generally very pleased and helpful.

My mother was taken for a CT scan and it was not done as the doctors roles were not read correctly. We had to wait another 2 hours to have a CT scan.
