See above. There were elderly patients (non mobile) in everything A&E- they should be offered a drink-in fact I did.

Because yesterday I came with my mum nurse/ doctor look after her really great very kind staff very one is helpful thank you.

Is just they need improve the timing to see the patient little bit faster thank you.
