Front desk team was ok, but Dora my physio was so brilliant. The way she was greeting me, I feel like a royal family. She treated me with respect and dignity. The whole session was s joy. I was very much involved rather than just her telling me what to do.
Suggested improvements
As far as I am concerned, I was treated well, everything was explained - details. Dora was such a lovely and professional health provider - we could learn a lot from her on how to treat patient as individual and kindly. She does really care about her job.
