The doctors and nurses were all very kind and compassionate, once we were able to get through the initial triage stage. Every process was clearly explained and my daughter was made very comfortable.
Suggested improvements
It was very stressful to get through the first triage stage and the lack of saying made it very difficult. Once was were allocated to the children's A&E everything else went brilliantly.

Everyone constantly checked on me and explained what they are doing and why they need to do it. The facilities were kept clean and hygienic. Food amazing!! Thank you.

Getting into the hospital was a painful experience- way to lengthy- system is not working well- staff was friendly always- when emergency is added to services it need to move faster.

Good care and support from nurses. Doctor was not timely available. Mental health patients should be put in different ward the reason behind this patient impacted all other patients.
Suggested improvements
Doctors should explain in detail about patients medical report or at least give a brief what is going on with patients tests and what to do next.
