The cast majority of staff were kind and helpful but during the beginning of my stay (ARG) I didn’t feel I was treated as well as I have been on foxglove ward.
Suggested improvements
It was incredibly hot during my stay so perhaps some fans, if not AC, may have been useful.

It was generally good apart from the doctors keeping me longer for only at lunch which ended up to be ok.
