Night time team were really lovely and attentive the morning/day team are rude and all came out with different things and just fob you off. Can’t remember the names of the night team on the Saturday 3rd but they were lovely Sunday 4th only one in particular who seemed to be here there and everywhere but she was I kind and caring was a nurse called Doreen
I went in with chest pains and laboured breathing and was basically ignored for 12hrs, people with earache were seen before me
I was seen in a very timely fashion courtesy of Dr Balcot and charge nurse Terri. Also staff nurses Amy and Shannon kept me up to date with the proceedings.
My child was seen at Queens Hospital A&E today. Despite of waiting long, we got great treatment for my child. Staffs was great, very kind and provide good treatment.
They are doing their great in their capacity.
Totally satisfied
Good services
I could not fault a thing. From the person who made my appointment, to the perfect timing when I reached my appointment, to the lovely nurse who fitted my equipment & the reception staff. Amazing customer care! Thank you.
The physiotherapist consistently missed appointments and did not keep me updated on why. I was left waiting the whole day for my appointment only to find out they were off sick. Nobody had decided to inform me. I was then rebooked for my appointment and I am still waiting for the physiotherapist to call me. I have not been given any information on why they haven’t contacted me. This is appalling customer service. The service needs to do more to show they care about their patients and if they aren’t able to keep an appointment they should inform patients asap. Patients are removed if we can’t meet appointments so I don’t understand why there is no responsibility from the physiotherapists side
I was in A and E for 12 hours..
Difficult to receive quicker care over such a lengthy time of waiting
Kind - told me what is happening, keep checking up on you. Amazing staff thank you.
