Nothing. But it would be great to learn some British sign language to communicate with deaf people - www.simplysigned..co.uk provides courses for medical staff (Pah already uses them)

More staff if emergency buzzer is checked I feel they want you to go home to quickly and need to ensure you are well enough before discharging good.
